MUSHROOM PEPPER FRY
Mushroom – 2 packet
Onion – 1
Capsicum – 1
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Maida – 1 tbsp
Curd – 2 tbsp
Clean the mushrooms and cut it into small pieces.
Mix all the items given under frying and add little water and mushroom.
Soak it for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed vessel and fry the mushrooms u til it turns to very light brown.
Keep the fired mushrooms aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion to it.
Add the mushrooms to it once the onion turns to light brown.
Add pepper to it and mix well.
