Wheat flour – 2 cup
Add salt and water to the wheat flour and mix well with a ladle.
The consistency of the batter should be watery.
Take a ladle full of the batter and pour it in dosa tawa from the edges of the tawa.
Fill the gaps with the batter in the same way.
Once cooked on one side flip the dosa to cook on the other side also.
Apply ghee before serving the wheat dosa
