INGREDIENTS
- Chilled skimmed milk — 250 ml.
- Steamed oats — 50 gm.
- Almonds, raisins, cranberries, dates, figs — 2 pieces each
- Cocoa powder — 2 tsp.
- Banana — 1
PROCEDURE
- Add all ingredients into a tall cup/mug.
- Blend using hand blender. Can use a mixer if hand blender unavailable
