BANANA OATS QUICK MILK SHAKE – FIBER RICH DRINK

INGREDIENTS

  1. Chilled skimmed milk — 250 ml.
  2. Steamed oats — 50 gm.
  3. Almonds, raisins, cranberries, dates, figs — 2 pieces each
  4. Cocoa powder — 2 tsp.
  5. Banana — 1

PROCEDURE

  1. Add all ingredients into a tall cup/mug.
  2. Blend using hand blender. Can use a mixer if hand blender unavailable
