INGREDIENTS
FOR GOBI 65
- Cauliflower – 1
- Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Corn flour – 3 tbsp
- Rice flour – 2 tbsp
- Maida – 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt – 2 tsp
- Curd – 2 tbsp
FOR SAUCE
- Onion – 2
- Cabbage – 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Green chili – 3
- Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 2 tsp
PROCEDURE
- Boil cauliflower florets with salt and turmeric powder in water for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain the water using a strainer. Remove the excess water using kitchen towel and keep it aside.
- Add all the ingredients under ‘Gobi 65’ and mix it well into a paste.
- Add the florets to it , coat the mixture well and allow it to soak.
- Meanwhile chop the veggies required for sauce.
- Heat oil in a kadai, Add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chili, cabbage and salt one after the other and saute it.
- Now add tomato sauce to it and mix it well.
- Mix corn flour in water and stir it.
- Pour it over the mixture in the kadai.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cauliflower florets.
- Keep the deep fried cauliflower florets in a tissue paper to remove the excess oil.
- Put the florets in the sauce and serve it.
