- Basmati rice – 3 cup
- Cabbage – 1 (medium size)
- Carrot – 3
- Beans – (12-15)
- Capsicum – 1
- Wash and soak the basmati rice for 20 minutes.
- Chop all the veggies.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add all the veggies, salt and saute it.
- Cook the rice in a open vessel or pressure cooker. Add the rice to the veggies.
- Add hapima mix to it and mix it well.
