- Curd – 2 cups
- Water – 1 cup
- Lemon juice – 1⁄4 cup
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Salt – 1⁄2 tsp
- Jal jeera powder – 1 tsp
- Ice cubes – As required
- In a mixer grinder blend curd, water and sugar.
- Transfer it in a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and jal jeera powder to it. Give a gentle stir.
- Top it with ice cubes.
- Serve chill.
- Wooden churner can also be used instead of blender or mixer grinder.
- It can be garnished with mint leaves.
- Water and curd can be adjusted as per the desired consistency.
