Vermicelli noodles is a very simple dish. It is very healthy too when compared to noodles. The look will be similar to noodles so kids will get attracted. I have tried to taste it like noodles.
Vermicelli is readily available at many home. So we can make it as a quick tiffin and lunch box recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- Vermicelli – 2 cups
- Onion – (1-2)
- Beans – 1\4 cup
- Carrot – 1\4 cup
- Green peas – 1\4 cup
- Tomato Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Salt
- Oil
PREPARATION
- Roast the vermicelli in a kadai till it turns golden brown.
- Keep the roasted vermicelli aside.
- Heat oil it the same kadai.
- Add chopped onion,chopped vegetables,chicken powder and salt to it.
- Add 2 part of water for 1 cup of vermicelli.
- Allow the water to boil and add vermicelli to it.
- Once the vermicelli is cooked add tomato sauce and soy sauce to the vermicelli.
Yummy home made Vermicelli noodles is ready.Kids will like this as it is tasty.As we add vegetables is healthy also.
