- Khoya/mava – 1 cup
- Powdered sugar – 1/4 cup
- Milk powder – 2 tbsp
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
- In a kadai, add khoya/mawa.
- Roast till the khoya become light brown in colour. Allow it to cool.
- Now, add sugar,cocoa powder and milk powder. Mix it well.
- Grease modak mould & stuff it with modak mixture.
- Press modak mould , de mould modak in a plate.
- Chocolate modak is ready to offer lord Ganesh.
