INGREDIENTS
- Green plantain – 1
- Sambhar powder – 1 cup
- Salt – 1/2 tbsp
- Water – 2 cups
PROCEDURE
- In a kadai add water. Wash the vazakka and cut into thin slices.
- Add salt and half cook it.
- Strain it and drain the excess water.
- Dip each pieces of vazakka in sambhar powder and keep it in a plate.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add the sambhar powder coated vazakka slices and fry it well.
