Summer has already arrived…So the mango season also arrived. Sweet mangoes are available in bulk at cheaper rates only during summer.
- Mango pulp – 2 cups
- Granulated sugar – 3 tbsp
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Orange squash – 2 tbsp
- Combine the mango pulp, sugar, cornflour and 1½ cups of water in a deep non-stick pan, mix well till the cornflour dissolves completely and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes or till the sauce thickens, while stirring occasionally.
- Allow it to cool slightly and add the lemon juice and orange squash, mix well and cool completely.
- Refrigerate it and use when required.
