INGREDIENTS
- Groundnut/peanut – 1 cup
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Oil – (2-3) tbsp
PROCEDURE
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Add the groundnut to it.
- Fry it till nice aroma comes. Turn off the stove.
- In a mixing bowl, add salt and red chili powder.
- Mix it well.
- Now, add the fried groundnut to the mixture.
- Mix it well.
- Allow it to cool.
- Store it in a air tight container.
NOTE
- Serve after it cools completely to get crunchy peanuts.
- Mix the salt-red chili powder immediately after frying. The mixture will coat well in oil when it is hot.
