Peanut Fry(Enna Kadalai) Recipe – Salty And Spicy

INGREDIENTS

  1. Groundnut/peanut – 1 cup
  2. Salt – 1 tsp
  3. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  4. Oil – (2-3) tbsp

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Add the groundnut to it.
  3. Fry it till nice aroma comes. Turn off the stove.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add salt and red chili powder.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Now, add the fried groundnut to the mixture.
  7. Mix it well.
  8. Allow it to cool.
  9. Store it in a air tight container.

NOTE

  1. Serve after it cools completely to get crunchy peanuts.
  2. Mix the salt-red chili powder immediately after frying. The mixture will coat well in oil when it is hot.
